(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based fleet maintenance management software.– Fleet maintenance software (FMS) is to help manage its equipment, nonrevenue vehicles and revenue service fleet.– Cloud service and login must run over a secured connection.– The system must have an open API for integration with third–party software systems as needed.– At a minimum, this includes vehicle ID, odometer (meter & LTD), fuel/fluid, fuel/fluid quantity, date and time.– implemented multi–factor authentication (MFA) to grant access to cloud–based IT services.– Preference is to sign on to the supplier’s system using its Azure Active Directory tenant as an identity provider by way of open–standard (e.g., SAML, OAuth) single–sign–on (SSO).– Cloud service and login must be over a secure connection.– All data stored in the Cloud must be free from any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2025.
