A Canadian organization in Alberta is seeking a vendor to provide a modern, scalable cloud-based enterprise student survey platform. The platform must enable the institution to transition from fragmented data collection approaches to a coordinated system for collecting and utilizing insights at all stages of the student lifecycle, including applicants, current students, and graduates across diverse program types.
Core platform requirements include robust implementation, seamless integration with Oracle PeopleSoft campus solutions via API, and ongoing support services. The platform must facilitate consistent, high-quality data collection for program quality, instructional quality, and overall campus and student experiences, while offering centralized oversight, role-based access, and strong privacy and consent management features.
