DESCRIPTION

The vendor will provide and implement a cloud-based enterprise service management (ESM) system to support IT service delivery and improve the user experience. The solution must be configurable and customizable to meet the organization’s specific operational requirements while promoting standardization, reducing manual work, and improving collaboration across departments.

Required capabilities include service request management, change enablement, incident management, knowledge management, and asset management. The project also includes migration of existing Footprints data from either instance, configuration and implementation of incident and service request management, configuration and implementation of asset management, development of APIs for organizational systems, application branding, and other required customization.
