Vendor needs to provide cloud–based electronic ticketing solution. The system must be an intuitive digital platform that is easy for patrons to navigate, enhancing the ticket purchasing experience. The system must offer patrons the option to purchase tickets through either a web browser or a mobile application, ensuring a seamless and accessible ticket purchasing experience across both platforms. Must offer a point–of–sale (POS) option for patrons using mobile devices on site. The system must include a reliable and secure method for tracking tickets. The system should allow for various tracking options, (e.g., unique serial numbers, QR codes, etc.) Enable the sale of season tickets, allowing patrons to support the Athletic Department throughout the year. Include options for selling concessions alongside tickets. Provide an easy–to–navigate process for patrons seeking refunds. Automate email confirmations and reminders for ticket purchases. Allow patrons to receive notifications about upcoming events.
