Cloud-Based E-Testing Software

A request for information (RFI) is being issued for a cloud-based electronic testing software solution. The platform must allow validation of learning outcomes through both online and paper-based assessments, ensuring that paper testing is available during periods of poor internet connectivity, while online assessments are to be used when connectivity is functioning.

The required software must seamlessly interface with the current test bank architecture, maintaining test item statistics and preserving all existing and historical assessment data. It should be compatible with ParTest and ParScore, including the capability to directly import test banks and historical data from existing or obsolete software.

The solution must operate in both digital and paper-based environments and be platform agnostic, supporting end-user devices such as laptops and tablets across both Windows and Apple operating systems. Additional requirements include compatibility with security-related plug-ins, support for operational and incremental software downloads and updates, and comprehensive browser support, including Microsoft Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.
