A Canadian organization in Yukon is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based digital forms solution and workflow platform. The scope includes licensing, implementation, support, and ongoing improvement services for digital forms and workflow platforms. Services may span across various platform areas including Adobe Experience Manager Forms as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), Adobe Acrobat Sign, On Phase, Atlassian Cloud products, and other equivalent forms and workflow solutions.
Vendors should be capable of delivering forms authoring, data storage, workflow, and AI-enabled automation tools. Responsibilities include design, configuration, deployment of platform solutions, and migration of legacy forms or services to modern platforms. Other key tasks involve forms development, workflow configuration and system setup, configuration improvements (such as data handling and validation rules, metadata and lifecycle management), and integration setup (APIs, connectors like SharePoint and databases, and OIDC/SAML single sign-on integration).
Ongoing services will include the development of new features, workflows, and service integrations, as well as continuous improvement and modernization of existing platforms and workflows. Advanced tasks may require complex configuration, workflow automation, and API/connector integrations, along with authentication and account mapping using single sign-on technologies.
