DESCRIPTION

The university seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based digital education platform supporting registration, payment, course and workshop management, participant management, and program portal delivery for multiple corporate education offerings. The solution must enable end users to register and pay seamlessly, then access course materials, learning tools, and program information through a learning portal.

The vendor will be responsible for platform design, development, configuration, implementation, and initial launch, along with ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancement services. The project will include discovery sessions with the university to confirm requirements for registration, payment, course and workshop administration, participant management, program portals, notifications, and reporting.

The platform must support enrollment workflows, participant tracking, enrollment status management, user-friendly student dashboards, configurable notifications, automated registration confirmations, and secure payment processing through QuickPay, Nelnet, or another university-designated payment system. Authorized university staff must be able to manage offerings and administrative access without developer involvement for routine changes. The architecture should also accommodate future AI-assisted educational functionality where appropriate. The contract period will be three years.
