(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based computerized maintenance management system and enterprise asset management system. • Implement a comprehensive cloud–based seamless Computerized Management System (CMMS) and Asset Management System (EAM). • The system shall provide options for real–time data collection that are accessed via an intuitive, graphically pleasing dashboard with the option to pull printable infographics. • System shall anchor assets and work order information via an ESRI ArcGIS component to facilitate understanding of geographic relations and efficient resource management. • Utilizing AI information streamlining is a preferred option. • Ability for authorized users to change/update unique IDs for any asset record and retain all associated records using database administrative tools provided within the application • Ability to attach, link, and view a checklist or specific instructions for any type of inspection, testing, or repair • Ability to record detailed information related to a request/customer complaint • Ability to track basic contractor information (name, address, contacts, phone numbers, etc.) that are used on work orders • Ability to establish multiple warehouse locations including, but not limited to, buildings, warehouses, yards, and mobile warehouses such as trucks • Ability to store or calculate a consequence of failure score from stored asset/system information • Supports access from major mobile device platforms including iOS, Android, or Windows. List all supported mobile devices. • Supports web–based access through Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox • System utilizes GIS data in one or more versioned geodatabases with Esri ArcGIS 10.X • Provides a standard interface to ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online • Ability to integrate GIS asset data with the EAMS system database • Ability to identify features, display assets attributes, asset work history, and any pending work within the EAMS and/or within the GIS environment •
