(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based comprehensive automated transfer credit evaluation solution.– An end–to–end platform that supports the intake, parsing, evaluation, and articulation of both official and unofficial transcripts.– Leveraging advanced technologies such as Optical Character Recognition, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML), the solution must automatically extract transcript data, match it against URI's institutional equivalency rules, and integrate seamlessly with the Student Information System (PeopleSoft) and delivered degree audit platform.• Platform Capabilities & Functional• System Integration and Interoperability• Implementation and Project Management• Security, Compliance, and Accessibility Requirements• Reporting and Analytics• Support and Maintenance Services(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2025.(3) The contract period will be three years.
