The vendor will be responsible for providing the software, implementation services, data migration, training, and comprehensive post-go-live support. The solution must be configurable to meet the county’s unique needs and ensure compliance with records retention, accessibility, cybersecurity, and other public-sector requirements. Additionally, the new system must improve flexibility, usability, scalability, and overall long-term sustainability.
