The City of Georgia is seeking qualified vendors to provide a cloud-based software solution for community development, code enforcement, and building official operations. The desired system must support core functions such as permitting, plan reviews, inspections, code enforcement, and case management, as well as deliver comprehensive regulatory and analytic tools.
The selected vendor will be responsible for the complete implementation process, including configuration, data migration, user training, and ongoing support throughout a four-year contract period. The platform should be modern and integrated, offering workflow automation for permitting, inspections, licensing, zoning, and enforcement processes. Integration with GIS for property-based enforcement, mobile inspection capabilities, and public-facing portals for online applications, payments, and communication are essential features.
The system should centralize departmental data and workflows, improve regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and customer service, and enhance access to information for both staff and citizens. Additional functions include robust case management with tools for complaint intake, investigation, and violation tracking, as well as evidence upload capabilities, citation issuance, and fine payment processing. Vendors must also provide system architecture details, hosting environment specifications, and deployment models, as well as advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support operational oversight and compliance. All vendor inquiries must be submitted by February 6, 2026.
