City seeks a modern, integrated system to support permitting, plan review, inspections, code enforcement, case management, and related regulatory functions. City seeks a cloud–based platform that improves operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and customer service through streamlined workflows, mobile inspection capabilities, online permitting and licensing, case management, and robust reporting and analytics. Centralize data and workflows across departments. Automate permitting, inspections, licensing, zoning, and enforcement processes. Improve citizen access to services and information. Case Management: Complaint intake, investigation, violation tracking. Location Mapping: GIS integration for property–based enforcement. Scheduling: Inspection and follow–up scheduling. Evidence Upload: Photos, documents, and notes attached to cases. Citation & Fines: Issuance, tracking, and payment processing. Overview of the system architecture, hosting environment, and deployment model. Public–facing portal features for applications, payments, inspections, case tracking, and customer communication. Reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics supporting operational oversight and compliance. All questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026. The contract period will be for four years.
