(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based clinician management and reappointment system.– Provision of credentialing, privileging, reappointment, and reporting software.– Solution will replace manual, fragmented, and duplicative processes with a single, integrated platform that streamlines workflows for both physicians and administrators. System must also track privileges, automate renewals, provide audit trails, monitor ongoing training and certifications, and deliver robust, standardized reporting to support compliance, workforce planning, and patient safety.– Pull data from credentialing and education modules to support privileging. Record required organization learning (e.g. privacy), certifications, residencies for physicians and other providers. Automatically track privileges, notify for expired renewals of multiple elements, and maintain audit logs, i.e. work permits, license, appointments. Automated reminders, dashboards, and status tracking for reappointment cycles. Ability to structure and display real–time data visualization and analytics in a meaningful, standardized way. Ability for providers to upload and view credentialing, training, and recruitment data. System must be customizable and scalable to integrate new data sources as digital footprint matures. Solution should support the ability for providers to add or modify business rules through configuration and not require code development. (2) The contract period will be for five years.
