(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based chemical management system.– Comprehensive chemical inventory management system that is secure, cloud–based, scalable, and user–friendly.– Provide enhanced functionality for tracking, reporting, and auditing chemical usage and storage.– Replace the legacy chemical inventory system with a modern, user–friendly platform.– Improve compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.– Offer scalable access for laboratory technicians, faculty, staff, students, health and safety, and facilities management.– Real–time management of chemical inventories by location and type.– Tracking container locations across multiple levels, with optional floor plan mapping.– Approval workflows for chemical access, acquisition, or disposal.– Label scanning and printing functionality, including various formats and size.– Searchable library with pre–populated metadata and expiry tracking.– Full user access to view documents.– Management of at least 4,000 chemicals with scalability for future growth.– Integration with Single Sign–On (SSO).– Intuitive, user–friendly interface for all roles.– Testing, training, and deployment support to ensure full operational readiness.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 27, 2026.
