(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based cemetery management system acquisition and implementation solution. • Launching a project to implement a modern, cloud–based Cemetery Management Software solution to replace its current legacy system, • Modernize cemetery operations by replacing the legacy Stone Orchard system with a cloud–based, scalable solution • Improve operational efficiency through automation of scheduling, inventory tracking, and workflow management; • Enhance customer service by providing intuitive, self–service portals for the public, funeral homes, and monument companies • Enable secure, remote access for staff across multiple devices and platforms, supporting flexible and mobile work environments • Digitize historical records and maps to preserve legacy data and improve accessibility • Streamline financial processes with integrated payment systems, automated invoicing and reconciliation tools; • Support data–driven decision–making through customizable, ad–hoc, and automated reporting capabilities • Integrate with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for spatial visualization of cemetery plots • The interface should be user–friendly and allow for customizable dashboards • The portal must provide role–based access for families, funeral homes, and monument companies; • The platform must offer interactive cemetery maps with real–time updates • The system should support aerial imagery and historic tour content; • Online booking must be available for interments and lot viewings • A live interment calendar must be included, with built–in conflict prevention • Role–based access must be enforced for all user types; • Single Sign–On (SSO) must be supported using the City’s authentication system (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 29, 2025.
