(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based budget management and publishing software. – Provide and implement a cloud–based budget document publishing and financial reporting software system.– Provide, configure, implement, and support a comprehensive, cloud–based budget book publishing and financial reporting software system.– The software must allow administrators to assign user roles that govern access to specific features and data within the system.– Forms–based data entry for departmental submissions with attachment and comment capabilities.– Role–based security and access controls with Active Directory or equivalent authentication support.– Tyler Munis Integration: Seamless, automated data exchange and synchronization of financial data, account structures, and hierarchies.– Graphical analysis tools for financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).– Customer data must be logically or physically separated from data belonging to other clients.– Fully cloud–hosted, web–based solution accessible via modern browsers (Chrome, Edge).– Customizable dashboards for management and policymakers.– Automated publishing to ADA–compliant PDFs and web–friendly formats.– Provide automated publishing tools for ADA–compliant, interactive online and print–ready documents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 4, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
