DESCRIPTION


The District is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based, automated technology solution designed for the capture and indexing of medical records. The solution will process an average of 1.5 million images annually, with integration into the District’s existing content management platform and/or Electronic Health Record (EHR), specifically Epic.

The proposed system must utilize advanced Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities to accurately capture and index medical records, including non-uniform records from external sources.
