The organization seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based Archives Collections Management System (ACMS) utilizing a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software product. The solution must include a comprehensive suite of supported services such as Implementation Lifecycle Services, Enablement & Transition Go-Live Services, Managed Services, Data Backup & Recovery, Governance & Compliance, and related Transition Services.

This system will improve the management of descriptive records using recognized archival standards, while supporting both internal staff and public access to archival holdings. Key features include the ability to create and update donor and authority records with contextual linking, manage archival institution records and associated descriptive records, and oversee terms for organizational functions. Additional requirements are integration with a Container Tracking System (CTS) through web-based links, support for file-path links to the AWS E-Repository, intuitive browse-based navigation for staff, and a responsive, accessible public-facing collections search platform. Secure connectivity for Power BI, enabling governed dashboard and report access, is also required. The contract term will be for one year.
