(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based applicant tracking system. • Solution must be able to post jobs to internal and external career sites and manage the candidate flow from received through onboarding. • Solution must provide access to externally contracted services such as but not limited to LinkedIn Apply Connect Support • Solution must provide a dynamic single page application experience without log–in requirements • Solution must provide internal job advertising and employee access via provider hosted portals or corporate intranet • Solution must offer a workflow for requisition creation and approval • Solution must allow for a customizable candidate application • Solution must allow for resume parsing and profile creation • Solution must support interview management to include panel participants, interview scheduling, and feedback from panelists • Solution must include candidate pipeline management • Solution must include an offer management process to include offer letter creation, approval, distribution, revision capability with approval, candidate acceptance with digital signatures • Solution will provide updates and product enhancements in real time without additional charges when they become available through the term of the contract • Solution must provide passive sourcing through social contact data that can be imported directly into the solution
