(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based alumni database system.– Cloud–based, scalable, and secure solution that integrates seamlessly into the college’s existing Banner system and Cognos system to ensure long–term alumni relationship management.– Responsible for setting up a comprehensive alumni database that delivers a full suite of services to support alumni engagement, career and professional development, fundraising, and community–building initiatives, and data tracking for future reporting purposes.– Platform should deliver intuitive community–building features, real–time analytics, customizable reporting, and seamless integration with the College’s existing systems.– Solution must provide centralized and secure agency records management in a database management system that interoperates with common database management systems such as MySQL, SQL Server and Oracle, with robust CRM functionality; advanced tools for communication, engagement, and event management; features that promote career networking, mentorship, and professional opportunities; and integrated fundraising and giving capabilities.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 24, 2025.
