Cloud-Based Aircraft Computer Maintenance Management System

The issuing organization is seeking a cloud-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support an aircraft fleet. The solution is expected to be a configurable commercial off-the-shelf platform already in use within the aviation industry and capable of being adapted to the fleet’s maintenance and operational requirements.

The system must support core aircraft maintenance management functions, including planning, tracking, scheduling, forecasting, auditing, and the use of technical documentation and established recording procedures. Required capabilities include creating tailored aircraft and shop work orders, tracking costs and status, generating reports, filtering operational and maintenance data, and producing due lists based on multiple criteria.

The requested platform should also support workforce and compliance management functions such as tracking employee certifications, training records, labor hours, and tooling calibration. In addition, it must provide traceability for aircraft parts and assemblies, support barcode-based supply tracking, enable search across assemblies and subassemblies, and maintain part and serial number history. The solution is also expected to help ensure parts, equipment, and operational supplies are accurately tracked and accounted for.
