(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based advancement software.– System must support parent and alumni offices, annual giving, event and volunteer management, principle, leadership, major and planned giving, gift recording, research and prospect management, donor relations and stewardship as well as corporate and foundation relations, grants and sponsored research.– System will include vendor–provided Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant credit card, debit card, and electronic check processing and payment gateway using the merchant accounts.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 24, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
