A correctional facility is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive cloud and web-based video visitation system designed for incarcerated individuals. The proposed solution must deliver a secure, technology-driven communication platform, including wireless tablets for all inmates, facility-wide Wi-Fi service, and an integrated suite of software applications supporting video visitation, medical requests, commissary management, and grievance submissions.
