The initial contract term is from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, with an option to extend through 2030.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have at least five consecutive years of experience delivering high-volume, deadline-critical document production and printing services to public-sector or governmental entities
  • Must maintain a fully operational production facility within the Denver, Colorado Metropolitan Area
  • Must possess technical infrastructure, software, and preflight systems to reliably ingest, process, verify, and output high-resolution digital print files in standard PDF format
  • Must be able to perform same-day, secure hand-delivery of printed legislative materials directly to the Colorado State Capitol building
  • Must be able to work extended evening hours, weekends, and holidays based on the legislative schedule
