DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority is seeking a vendor to provide a claim and digital forms system delivered through a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. At a minimum, the solution must supply all functionalities of the existing claim system and include supply, hosting, installation, migration, configuration, customization, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, and ongoing maintenance and support.

The system should support standardized processes and reporting for all users on a common platform, automate transaction processing and routine notifications, and integrate seamlessly with departmental shared services such as HR/Payroll and school/college Management Information Systems (MIS). Workflow functionality is required to streamline processes, deliver notifications for required actions, and maintain a detailed audit trail with comprehensive activity reporting.

Emphasis is on regulatory compliance, exceptional user experience, reduced manual work, avoidance of paper-based processes, improved accuracy of payroll data, and robust training and helpdesk support. The solution should manage user access, facilitate contract management, recruitment, and approvals, and prioritize automation to minimize manual intervention.
