(1) Vendor needs to provide city events production audio, lighting, staging services to the government authority located in Utah. – Provide event production services for a variety of city events during the 2026 calendar year. – Services may include audio production, lighting, staging, and related technical support for outdoor and/or indoor events of varying size and complexity. – 4th of July Celebration (largest event) – Balloon Festival / Glow – Sandy Heritage Festival – Light up the Cairns (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 19, 2026.
