DESCRIPTION

The vendor will provide strategic planning services for a city council. The work will begin with a background review and environmental scan to identify internal and external factors relevant to development of the strategic plan.

The engagement will include employee engagement activities, workshop agenda planning, evaluation of current priorities and strategies, and development of planned goals and projects. The vendor will also provide informational and tactical support to city staff and leadership regarding the purpose and process of strategic planning, outcomes-based goal setting, and communication of goals.

The vendor will facilitate a priority-setting retreat with the City Council.
