It must present an intuitive user interface, support policy and program changes with flexibility, and automate workflows for business processes related to diversity and inclusion, eliminating the need for manual, paper-based tasks.

Vendors are expected to provide a logical diagram illustrating the solution’s components and connections, along with a roadmap for ongoing product enhancements. The anticipated contract duration is three years.
