(1) Vendor needs to provide childcare modernization solution. – A secure and modern Software as a Service (SaaS) childcare management solution. – Provide a SaaS Solution for approximately twenty–three (23) childcare programs and components within internal and external portals. – Implement robust security and privacy measures to protect sensitive data within the SaaS solution. – Applications, assessments, facility reporting, subsidy payments (guaranteed spaces), updates to subsidy rates and adjustments. – Provide feature rich financial management, facility licensing, child enrolment, diversity services, capital tracking and workforce certification capabilities, extensive reporting features, intuitive easy to use interfaces and flexible responsiveness to policy and program changes. – Diversity and Inclusion Support Program business processes and tracking using automated workflows in a digitized format instead of manual paper format and filling. – A diagram showing the logical layout of the solution components and connections is required. – Roadmap for the continued enhancement of the proponents SaaS solution. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
