(1) Vendor needs to provide child care recruitment and mentorship platform.– Provide either a commercial off–the–shelf software platform with a customizable dashboard or build a custom platform for use by Providers.– Conduct a campaign to identify and recruit prospective Providers in areas and communities with limited access to such Providers via in–person or virtual events, social media, flyers.– Provide and maintain a software platform, with a customizable dashboard, that is accessible to those Providers recruited or supported directly under this program.– The platform must support Providers in performing key business functions such as marketing, enrolling children, communicating with families, billing for services, and reporting expenses.– The platform must support Providers in performing key business functions such as marketing, enrolling children, communicating with families, billing for services, and reporting expenses.– The Contractor will develop informational materials to assist licensed Providers with marketing, advertising, and outreach.– Provide coaching and training to child care staff employed by licensed Providers, which may include in–person or group training sessions, on–site coaching visits, community forums, and other events. – Recruit Applicants for program.– Training and surveys.– Creating or Procuring CCMS tool.
