(1) Vendor needs to provide charge management and fleet operations software.– The software solution shall enable agency to effectively manage vehicle charging, monitor fleet performance, and optimize energy usage across its electric bus operations– The system must provide real–time visibility into charger status, vehicle state–of–charge, route readiness, and overall operational efficiency.• Core functions– Sequential/simultaneous charging programmable with different strategies– Ability to delay charging to charge during super off–peak times (ex. 12am to 6am), if desired.– Dynamically schedule charging across vehicles and chargers to ensure charge completion for all vehicles by a set pullout time for each vehicle, based on actual plug–in time.– Have the ability for Automated Load Management, in case of additional charging infrastructure implementations– Ability to prioritize charging based off parking layouts: have the capability/module for using parking layout to prioritize charging specific vehicles at front of parking lanes and/or vehicle types for the next available pullout and communicating this information to dispatch/scheduling system– Remote start, stop, restart of charging.– Robust fleet management system.– Utility Rate Optimization– Automated Load Management– Site Integrated Load Management(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2025(3) The contract period will be for three years.
