(1) Vendor needs to provide certificated staff performance evaluation system.– Provide, host and configure a Certificated Staff Performance Evaluation software–as–a–Service (SaaS) solution– Solution to allow administrators to conduct evidence–based observations and evaluation ratings of all certificated staff, including teachers, counselors, service providers, leaders, and executives. – SaaS solution must have a graphical and tabular ad hoc reporting tool capable of extracting all imported data and information entered by users via download, email or secure file transfer protocol (FTP), including access rights reports, progress reports, and evaluation and observation information reports– Responsible for working with various software systems to provide interface and integration of data including mapping and all supporting documentation. (2) An optional pre–proposal conference will be held on October 30, 2025. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2025. (4) The contract period will be for three years.
