DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Missouri seeks a vendor to provide centralized collections and disbursements services. The required collection methods encompass automatic withdrawals from obligors’ and employers’ accounts, business and personal checks, electronic funds transfer and electronic data interchange from employers, obligors’ bank accounts or other states, as well as cash, money orders, credit and debit card payments, and any other payment methods accepted by licensed money transmitters working with the IV–D program.

The vendor will receive a daily disbursement file containing all necessary details to generate disbursement instruments, using the payment method designated for each oblige. The resulting contract will span a period of five years, ensuring consistent and secure processing of collections and timely disbursements as required by the state.
