The City of New Orleans seeks a vendor to provide cemetery database software aimed at consolidating existing records and maps into an efficient, user-friendly sales, recordkeeping, and genealogy system. The solution must feature a robust database, integrated mapping, and financial modules to combine all paper and digital files and maps into one comprehensive system. Scanning services are required, utilizing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for document management, with scanned documents available in PDF format at a minimum of 300 dpi.

The system should offer a mobile-friendly interface for public online burial searches and grave locator functionality. Additionally, mobile applications for staff access via smartphones or tablets must include tools for burial records, headstones, event listings, interment services, grave availability, rates, and fees. Compatibility with the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, and Safari browsers, as well as support for Windows 10/11 and iOS/Android devices, is essential.

A complete solution must also provide 24/7 technical support with defined escalation procedures. The contract term is set for one year.
