(1) Vendor needs to provide July 4th celebration service. The event producer will plan, coordinate, and execute a free, public July 4th celebration that reflects values, promotes economic impact, enhances civic pride, and ensures the safety and enjoyment of participants. The event will include entertainment, history-related programming, food, beverage, family activities, and a professionally managed fireworks display. Include a drone show, military aerial flyovers, a VIP hospitality area, parade integration, and a live broadcast partnership. Ensure sponsor activations, signage, and brand visibility are delivered. This image shows the proposed public viewing areas. Develop and manage digital tools (website page, ticketing if needed, apps). Create a marketing campaign (digital, print, broadcast, social, tourism). Develop sponsor packages. Signage and wayfinding. Lighting and staging. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 05, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
