A public agency in California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide services for the replacement, implementation, and ongoing support of a case management system. The project scope includes evaluating and delivering either custom, SaaS, or commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions that leverage modern web technologies. The new system must maintain compatibility with all critical operating system security patches within 90 days of their release, ensuring robust security and compliance.
The solution should feature a web-based user interface compatible with the latest versions of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, whether in native or compatibility mode. Custom JavaScript utilized within the system will be subject to the same integration and deployment lifecycle as traditional .NET code, including thorough code reviews and release control procedures. Web development technologies to be used may include limited use of Kendo MVC, as well as .NET Core, .NET MVC, and HTML5 for media-intensive applications.
Interested vendors should note that all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by December 1, 2025. Additionally, attendance at a mandatory pre-proposal conference scheduled for December 1, 2025, is required.
