The desired solution should offer advanced case management services, support suspicious activity reporting (SAR), and provide sophisticated analytical functionalities, including the ability to collate large data sets and generate illustrative graphics such as link analysis charts, timelines, and organizational charts.

Key features required include customizable dashboards for supervisors and outward-facing users, as well as robust data reconciliation and merging from multiple sources. The system must facilitate data sharing with other Fusion Centers, High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Investigative Support Centers, and law enforcement agencies utilizing the same platform. Integration with commercial and law enforcement data sources, including tools like TLOxp and idiCORE via APIs, is also essential.
