(1) Vendor needs to provide career management solution.– Identify a tool or set of tools that could support a comprehensive career services management software as a service (SaaS) solution. – Identify all student–specific data, including any personally identifiable information (PII) maintained within the system. – Functionality when integrated into an internally–developed sharepoint–based learning management system. – Client support including implementation and account management philosophy and processes. – Employer interface for job posting and management that also allows for college staff to take action on behalf of the employer. – Advanced reporting, case management, assessments, career exploration, etc. – Work–based experiences management (tracking internships, apprenticeships, clinicals, job shadows, learning objectives, hours worked, evaluations, etc.) – Payment gateway integration. – Provide seamless event coordination and tracking capabilities. – Facilitate streamlined student case management. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
