The city of Tempe, Arizona is seeking a SaaS-based career management solution to support comprehensive career services for students. The desired solution should be capable of tracking all student-specific data, including personally identifiable information, and must integrate effectively with an internally developed SharePoint-based learning management system.

Key features should include an employer interface for job posting and management, advanced reporting, assessment tools, and comprehensive case management functionalities. The system should facilitate tracking of work-based experiences such as internships, apprenticeships, clinicals, job shadows, as well as related learning objectives, hours worked, and evaluations. Additional requirements include payment gateway integration, seamless event coordination and tracking, and streamlined management for student cases.
