(1) Vendor needs to provide care guideline software.– Provide an evidenced–based clinical care guidelines software solution that will assist the Case Managers and Physicians to determine medical necessity.– Provide optimal patient care, foster quality improvement and designate the appropriate level of care based on the Physicians diagnoses.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
