Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive statewide cannabis prevention and education media campaign aimed at both youth and adults. The initiative will utilize a tiered approach, addressing multiple aspects of cannabis use and legalization through evidence-based strategies and targeted messaging.
The contractor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the campaign using effective formative research, tailored messages, and media designed to raise awareness of the health risks associated with cannabis use. This includes preparing a detailed research plan that outlines objectives, methodologies, and recruitment strategies for all data collection related to the adult education component. All campaign materials and content must receive prior approval from the state agency, and the campaign must ensure inclusion of links related to youth cannabis prevention and education.
Additionally, the contractor will be expected to facilitate virtual follow-up meetings to review and assess training outcomes associated with the campaign. The project will be implemented over a one-year contract period.
