(1) Vendor needs to provide cannabis prevention and education media campaign service.– Provide a comprehensive statewide cannabis prevention and education media campaign using a tiered approach that addresses various aspects of cannabis use and legalization.– The contractor shall develop, implement, and evaluate the research–based cannabis prevention and education media campaign using effective formative research, evidence–based messaging strategies, and messages and media tailored insightfully.– The contractor shall be committed to improving community health outcomes and promoting informed decision–making regarding cannabis use through a comprehensive statewide prevention and education media campaign targeting youth and adults.– Develop a detailed research plan outlining the research goals, methodologies, and recruitment strategies to submit all utilized data collection methods for the adult cannabis education media campaign.– The contractor shall obtain prior approval from the state agency for all campaign media content and materials.– Ensure links to the youth cannabis prevention and education media campaign.– Raise awareness of the risks associated with adult cannabis use.– Conduct a virtual follow–up meeting to debrief and evaluate the training.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
