(1) Vendor needs to provide candidate reference checking system.– Provide a platform for Upstate to manage the reference checking operations and communications online.– Solution should be a highly intuitive, user–friendly system that fosters increased end user utilization, efficiency and productivity.– Provide a system that has a portal or other secure electronic medium for users to access candidate references.– Solution must be a hosted web–based online candidate reference checking system.– Provide a brief overview of your company’s candidate reference checking system proposed modules, and company history.– Describe the different document types (i.e. Word, PDF, Excel, jpeg, etc.) allowed for uploading and any restrictions to this feature.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 28, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
