DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide enhancement and maintenance services for a cancer and chronic disease data management system. Responsibilities include maintaining and supporting ongoing data conversion and system enhancements across supported programs. The vendor will ensure the generation of required reports on a monthly basis and as requested by stakeholders.
Additional duties involve developing queries for frequently viewed reports based on specific date ranges and ensuring that data exports are delivered in formats that are meaningful, usable, and prepared for program use and visualization. The vendor will also be tasked with creating a comprehensive data visualization dashboard to facilitate ease of use and effective dissemination of information. Furthermore, integration of a patient navigation process aligned with grant deliverables is required to support program objectives.
