Vendor needs to provide callout software system. To provide a comprehensive roster management and callout software. The software should allow for rotational lists, reporting, and tracking of callout percentages. Software will be critical in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of callouts and the control room through minimal involvement, dialing, and response tracking. Integration & Platform Support – Must be accessible via all major web browsers. Application must be native to iOS and Android. Web and mobile applications must date and timestamp all user actions. Licensing and Accessibility – Must include unlimited user licenses for agency personnel. Field application must support internal and external crew usage. Required and Wanted Features – Must support a rotational callout list. Track callout response percentages. Activate callouts via web or mobile device. Blast call of multiple employee phones. Retrievable call recordings of all calls into and out of the system.
