The system must also offer real-time, bi-directional API integration with ImageTrend for active incident times and status updates, as well as an interface or unified search capability to query the CLEAR investigative data clearinghouse directly from the CAD environment. The contract period is anticipated to be five years. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 28, 2026, and questions are due by August 3, 2026.
