(1) Vendor needs to provide bylaw violation and municipal ticket solution.– Providing an enterprise mobile friendly solution that allows our bylaw enforcement officers to easily issue notices of bylaw violations and municipal tickets.– Solution built on a secure and scalable technology platform, designed to complement and enhance the existing paper–based ticketing system.– Solution manages multiple corporations and departments independently.– Mobile friendly Ticketing solution and supported devices.– Offline ticketing and queuing capabilities of the system.– Solution can issue different types of pre–configured tickets.– Users can view their tickets, ticket status and the tickets history.– Users can see and view reminders and notifications.– System ensures that department specific data (tickets, offenders, etc.) are not exposed to other departments using the same system.– Reporting, analytics, and business intelligence (BI) capabilities, that enable users to generate customizable reports, visualize key metrics, and gain actionable insights across departments and processes.– System supports the export of outstanding payment records to collection agencies, including relevant ticket details, statuses, and financial information, to facilitate external debt recovery processes.– System supports the flagging and marking of violations as ready for posting to a website.– System allows the user (based on roles and permissions) to capture tickets that were issued via a paper–based ticket book.
