The agency seeks a vendor to provide a modern, scalable, and automated bulk fluid management system to replace its existing aging fuel master system. The new system must offer real-time data on fluid dispensing and consumption to support operational, inventory, and decision-making processes.
The solution will automate all aspects of the bulk fluid dispensing process, including authentication procedures and automated data collection, eliminating manual entry and enhancing data accuracy. It will feature automated capture of vehicle unit numbers and the quantity of fluid dispensed, as well as robust data validation and error-handling integrated with maintenance planning systems. The system must also synchronize data between inventory and maintenance systems, deploy ongoing monitoring tools to ensure reliability and performance, and include automated data verification to reduce reconciliation errors. Integration with existing Service Island systems is required.
Best-fit vendors:
• Experience developing and deploying automated fluid management systems
• Expertise in integrating inventory and maintenance planning systems
• Proven track record with real-time data solutions and automated data capture
• Ability to implement systems in public sector or large-scale industrial environments
• Presence or partnerships in Canada, especially British Columbia
