The selected vendor must be capable of performing reviews digitally using the County's ProjectDox software.

  • Must have been in the municipal services building permit plan review and inspection business for at least 36 months
  • Must have a valid Certified Access Specialist (CASp) certification
  • Must have a California licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) on staff
