The vendor will provide building condition assessments (BCAs) and, where applicable, elevator audits. Elevator audits must be submitted under separate cover, while relevant data from each audit must be incorporated into the client's AssetPlanner database. BCA data will be collected using AuditPlanner software and integrated into AssetPlanner.
The assessments will include review of elevator machine rooms, cabs, lifts, hoistways, pits, lobby equipment, and accessibility features. The consultant will review on-site maintenance records and logbooks, populate or update all required AssetPlanner fields, and upload audit data and photographs using a wireless internet or mobile data connection. Individual AssetPlanner logins will be provided for each assessor, and the consultant must use the AuditPlanner application with an Apple App Store or Google Play account.
All questions must be submitted by September 23, 2026. Attendance at a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on September 17, 2026 is required.
