DESCRIPTION
The vendor shall provide Broadcom mainframe software under the Broadcom Mainframe Consumption Licensing model. Licensing will be based on total hourly MSU consumption rather than machine capacity.
The agreement shall include software maintenance and subscriptions to updates, fixes, and patches for proprietary software code. Maintenance must also include online and telephone support for issue resolution.
The vendor must be able to incorporate Broadcom software maintenance purchased outside the agreement during the contract term, as well as additional maintenance for software that becomes proprietary to Broadcom through corporate acquisition.
