Bridge Program On-Call Services (Due November 4, 2026)

The City of Redmond is seeking up to three qualified architectural or engineering firms to provide on-call structural engineering services for its bridge repair program and related capital projects.

Must have experience with bridge structural analysis and design
Must have experience with WSDOT bridge rating and inspection
Must have familiarity with National Bridge Inspection Standards and National Bridge Inventory requirements
Must have knowledge of Local Bridge Program Call for Projects and other grant applications
Must have experience with bridge asset management
Must have experience with on-call consultant services including responsiveness and small repair work
Must obtain a City of Redmond business license prior to performing work
Must provide insurance as outlined in the Consultant Agreement
