DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide branded podcast production, communication, and fair participation support services in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Responsibilities will include conducting a technical and site assessment; confirming space, power, connectivity, sound, lighting, access, recording, and safety requirements; and preparing a production schedule for six podcast conversations. The vendor will coordinate recording slots, setup, sound checks, guest arrival and briefing times, contingency planning, and approved replacements for unavailable guests.

The vendor will design, set up, and operate a Podcast Corner using professional equipment for multi-camera video recording, high-quality audio capture, lighting, monitoring, storage, and backup. Qualified production personnel will be required for recording, sound, camera, lighting, and on-site production coordination.

Post-production deliverables will include six edited full-length video podcast episodes in Full HD or higher, six audio-only master files, and at least three short-form clips from each episode, including at least one vertical-format clip per episode. The vendor will also provide branded thumbnails or title cards, caption and subtitle files, clean captioned versions where required, and social-media copy packs containing proposed post text, speaker tags or affiliations where appropriate, and project or donor acknowledgements.
