DESCRIPTION

The vendor will provide brain injury support services to a government authority in North Carolina. Services will support the Division’s most significantly disabled consumers with brain injuries, who generally require specialized assistance to obtain competitive, integrated employment.

The selected provider will deliver intensive training and assistance over an extended period to help consumers master job tasks. Extended follow-along services may also be required, based on individual support needs, to help consumers maintain employment, as individuals with brain injuries face an elevated long-term risk of job loss.
